In December 2020, Studio City collaborated in producing PETA’s 40th Anniversary Event virtual event.

The team at Studio City spearheaded the campaign, and took the lead with planning the attendee experience for the virtual experience, and the technical aspects of the 90-minute livestream. The event was ticketed, so Studio City created a secure password-protected site that limited access to invited attendees. In addition to the embedded livestream, the site contained a live chat, donation form, silent auction, and downloadable assets for attendees to post on social media.
Studio City took the lead in producing the show itself, from inception to distribution and airing. We developed creative concepts for each segment of the show based on PETA’s needs and wishes, and then scripted out each part. For segments that involved filming talent, we executed these shoots with full production crews. Studio City was also on hand to direct the celebrity talent at each shoot, in person and virtually. Once all footage was compiled, we oversaw all post-production editing, graphics & sound of the entire show. First constructing each segment piece by piece, and then organizing and editing each segment together to build out the entire show.
